Client Background:
Our client is a new entrant in the electric vehicle (EV) charging service sector, based in Croatia. Eager to explore the market and evaluate the performance of charging equipment, they chose a 22kW charging station from our product line as their initial pilot project. The installation site was selected in a high-end residential area, where there is a growing interest in eco-friendly solutions and electric vehicles.

Project Overview:
This pilot project involved the installation of a single 22kW charging station. The goal was to test the charging station's performance in a real-world setting and gauge local user reactions. Our technical team worked closely with the client throughout the installation process. Despite being the client's first installation project, they were highly satisfied with the process, particularly the ease of installation and our professional support.

User Experience and Feedback:
Post-installation, the charging station received positive feedback from users. Residents appreciated the user-friendly interface, fast charging speed, and the seamless integration of the station within the residential area. The stability and reliability of the equipment were also well-received. With the rising popularity of electric vehicles in the area, more residents showed interest in using this charging station, paving the way for the client's future business expansion.

Technical Support and Challenges:
During the project, the client encountered occasional network instability issues, primarily due to local infrastructure limitations. Our team promptly responded and provided online support to diagnose and resolve these issues, ensuring the charging station's smooth operation. In response to these challenges, the client opted for both Ethernet and 4G versions of the charging station in their new order to test the performance of both connection methods and determine the best solution for their environment.

Future Outlook:
The successful execution of this pilot project has given the client a deeper understanding of our charging stations and technical support capabilities. They were pleased with the station's performance and the positive user feedback, and they plan to expand the installation of additional stations in the future. This project also provided us with valuable experience in the Croatian market, helping us to further refine our products and services to better meet the needs of clients and end-users.
